SHIPPING

What courier services do you use?
Our products are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail International Signed-For and UPS Express (for bulk orders). Royalmail Tracked orders normally take 2-3 business days to arrive.

Post is collected from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday. Next day delivery orders shipped on Friday are usually delivered on Monday. Saturday deliveries are subject to local post office schedules.

Our order handling time is up to 24 hours, and normally orders made after 3pm will be despatched the next business day.

Unfortunately, due to high workload we do not practice collections.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I have received my order but the item is incompatible.
If the product you ordered is incompatible we will be glad to either provide a replacement or issue refund, as long as you let us know within fourteen days and send it back in its original packaging and condition. Replacement items can only be sent, or refund can only be given after the returned product is back with us.

The product is faulty- can I return it?
In this unlikely event you can return the product to us within one year, however refunds can only be issued within three months of purchase. First of all, we will need you to send the faulty item back to us – unfortunately we cannot despatch replacement or issue refund before the product is returned.

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, it is not always clear whether the fault is in the laptop itself or the accessory. Because of that, we reserve the right to test the product before authorising refund/replacement. If the product is confirmed faulty we will either refund the cost of the product or send replacement.

If the product is found to be in good working order we will only offer refund for goods sent to us within 2 weeks of initial delivery and in original condition, otherwise we reserve the right to either refund product cost (excluding delivery cost) or post the item back to you. To avoid disappointment, please make sure that the product is faulty before contacting us.

I have received my order but I no longer need it.

Unwanted goods can be returned for refund for any reason within 14 days. Cost of delivery both ways is non-refundable.

How do I request refund / request replacement / return goods to you?
1. Sending items back is easy. Please read our warranty & return policy carefully before you request a RMA number.
2. Please click here go to our email support request a RMA number, we will issue and email you RMA number together with return instructions 1 or 2 business day after we get your request. With that number clearly written on your package box, you can ship your item back to us.

1. Your Privacy - We does not participate in spam emails. We do not buy or sell email addresses (nor do we give them away) and we do not send out email promotions to our previous customers. It is almost impossible to avoid receiving junk emails that clutter our inboxes, however, we guarantee that you will not receive any unwanted emails from us! When ordering through our store, you will receive two emails: The first will be your confirmation receipt, and the second will be your tracking number/shipment notification.

2. Credit Cards - All of payments are processed through PayPal or VeriSign. Credit card data is stored on secure PayPal or VeriSign servers. This is to ensure the safety and security of all credit card information. Please note if you don't have a paypal account, You can still pay with a debit or credit card, Go through to checkout and then click on the ( Don't have paypal account ) to Pay with a debit or credit card. This will let you pay by card, Instead of having to use paypal. Paypal still process your payments, buy you won't have to register or sign up with them. All major credit cards accepted.

3. Web Site Security - Because we process all of our payments through PayPal or VeriSign, your information is sent to us using 128bit Secure security algorithms. This is the safest way to send data through the internet.

How long is your warranty?

3 Years.

Does my AC adapter come with the power cord?

Yes, all AC adapters that we sell come with the UK power cord.

How can I be sure I’m buying the right adapter/battery?

Please doublecheck volt/amp settings of your original AC adapter or battery. AC adapter voltage deviation should be no more than 5%. If, for example, required voltage is 19v, AC adapter with voltage from 18.05v to 19.95v will do the job. Amperage value should equal or exceed original – if your laptop needs 3.42a and AC adapter is 4.7a there is no danger – the laptop will take only as much as it needs, 3.42a.

Some laptops can take two or more types of battery voltage – please check your laptop manual if the battery you are buying has different voltage to your original battery.
