Power Advent is a technology consulting company with an emphasis on web application development and design. Our goal is to facilitate success by empowering professional organizations with the tools necessary to achieve a competitive edge in an increasingly digital world. We do this by researching the business environment of our clients, and then applying technological solutions to the unique problems and challenges facing their industry.
Headquartered in Lynchburg, Virginia, we are proud to have served a wide variety of clients across the United States, including entrepreneurs, physicians, politicians and non-profit organizations.
We are currently most well known for our role in the presidential campaign of Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo, whose campaign we worked with to develop a mailing list management application that enabled him to e-mail over 50,000 opt-in subscribers in April ‘07. We also custom-developed a complete archival database backup application for the congressman and made significant data validation upgrades to his online system.
In addition to our work with the Tancredo campaign, we recently released a massive e-commerce, client-managed web site for the Evangelical Theological Society. The features we provided for this project include a complete content management system, an advanced membership directory, a secure e-commerce system, 4,000+ member e-mail accounts, and a complete site redesign.
In the future, we plan to continue developing quality web applications while striving to equip our clients with the tools necessary for success.
